Wooden Nickels

To start you need an idea, and that's about it.  Your design can be a machine ready engravable image to a well worded description and anything in between.  We will communicate with you until we are comfortable in creating a sample for your approval.  

Once we have received payment we will contact you for you design.  You may also send your design files to info@woodennickelgeocoins.com.   The preferred method is in vector format such as AI, or PDF however we can work with most image types.   All images should be submitted larger than the coin size you have purchased.  You may download the wooden nickel desgin form to work from but it is not required.  

Once we have received payment for your coins and a design we will get started on creating a sample.  We will engrave the completed design on a wooden nickel and email you a picture for your approval.  Once you give the go ahead we will complete the order and ship your coins to you.

Trackable coins designs will be sent back as a PDF design review for your approval and then submitted to Groundspeak for their approval.  Once both are received we will complete your order and ship your coins to you.
