WoodenNickelGeocoins.com allows users to upload designs of their own creation for processing. We prohibit our users from uploading designs that infringe or which have elements that infringe on the intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, service marks, copyrighted fonts, etc.) of any party.

It is your your responsibility as the submitter to obtain permission/license for any copyrighted aspects of your submitted Wooden Nickel Geocoins design. We do not maintain responsibility for or assist in retrieving these rights. You agree that you are responsible for any copyright infringements and any fines/penalties that may result.

Intellectual property rights owners may contact us if they believe that a user of our service is in violation of their legal rights. Upon notice we will (in our discretion) require that the user's content is removed from our site, no future creation of the offending design will be made, and/or terminate the user's access to our services.
